Depending on TPH you are feeding the -1mm to the screen THAT will determine the SIZE of the screen deck.

1 MM is very very tough screening.

RECOMMENDATION:

1. A vibrating screen say like a PEP or HUMMER or CEC with a ball tray deck, with high OPEN AREA, FLEXMAT (self cleaning Stainless steel wirecloth) being properly feed with a non surge causing EVEN bed depth to this unit.

Probably a two deck with say 1/2" or 1/4" on top over 1mm long cross slot.......this would see TOP DECK OVERS AND SECOND DECK OVERS reporting back to the HAMMERMILL. ■
