Hello Tum,
the simplest way to do this is to use a railroad car spotter to move the bricks throught the kiln as slow as you wish.
This is the simplest way to to this with the weight you are dealing with and probably the least expensive as you would be able to move hundreds of tons of bricks at a time on a narrow gauge rail to maximise the utization of the kiln and also allow for regulated cooling of the bricks made.

i need to maintain a speed on a brick conveyer to travel 250mm
every 20 minutes as it pacers through the kiln and with a weight
of aprox 6tons with a electric drive motor Q. could someone
suggest type of gearing to use ■
