Hello Tum,

the simplest way to do this is to use a railroad car spotter to move the bricks throught the kiln as slow as you wish.

This is the simplest way to to this with the weight you are dealing with and probably the least expensive as you would be able to move hundreds of tons of bricks at a time on a narrow gauge rail to maximise the utization of the kiln and also allow for regulated cooling of the bricks made.

We can supply you brick handling rail mounted electic motor operated trolley which can handle 5 t material with in built 5 t brick pallet transfer fork . It can run at variable speed from 0.1 to 3 m /sec . Accurate speed control is achieved by VFD drive

thanks for your message Q what type of pulley or gearing would you use to propell railway car.
