I have never heard of the product but "Safety Kleen" is a trade name owned by Laidlaw Environmental Services Inc. (now known as Safety-Kleen (Roebuck), Inc.)

You may try them incase it might be one of their products.

Conveyor Belt Dressing

I would strongly advise you not to use any conveyor belt dressing of any kind as MSHA safety rules do not allow for the use of same as it is a fire hazard -I have been involved with conveyors for almost 28 years I have heard nothing but horror stories. you should invest in weld on pulley lagging or permanenetly lagged pulleys.
