2.DUSTRON PC COAL : For the open cast mines haul road of collieries,
railway sidings and coal jetty's road of the ports.
3.DUSTRON PC LIGNITE : For the haulage roads of lignite open cast mines.
4.DUSTRON XT : This product is used for the dust suppression of bulk
material handling system where at the transfer point crusher house,
dumper platform dust emission is heavy, so along with water spray
DUSTRON XT is used to control dust emission.
5.DUSTRON XT COAL : For bulk material handling system of conveyors,
dumper platform, wagon tipplers of open cast/ under ground mines,
Thermal power plants and coal jetty on the port trust.

Dust Collection in Cement Plant Via Bypass
Hi all members
I would like to ask you about bypass dust collection in Cement Plant where I am going to make studying about it but I need to know how I can determine or calculate the collection rate per day( t / d ) of bypass dust when the output is 7200 t/d of clinker (kiln feed =12960 t/d), bypass dust bulk density not fixed between 0.28 to 0.45 t/m3, bypass ID fan 450 rpm, and mixing chamber temperature about 365 °C, as well as I need to know the rising level of bypass dust bin per hour where the bin volume is 500 m3.
Also I would like to know is the kiln inlet slop condition, bypass fan speed, dust temperatur, ESP efficiency,and the bulk density of dust effect on rising percentage of dust in bin hourly?, and how? because the rate is differ each hour ( 1.9%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.6% ) (during stoppage of bin extraction)
