Cindy

You have asked a very general question. If you are able to provide more information we may be able to help you.

What is the size of the conveyors?

What product is being conveyed?

How much product is being conveyed?

What are the distances the product is being conveyed?

Exactly what information are you looking for?

Sorry that I didn't say the exact meaning. The conveyor I mean is a kind of short belt conveyor, which is used in a long-distant conveyor to increase the friction.

Cindy,

Your question is still unclear. Are you asking about a belt drive system to augment the conventional drive on a long conveyor?

Hello Cindy,

Are you looking at a 'LINEAR BOOSTER' system?

I.e. an in-line short conveyor is installed below the long conveyor. The two top belts are in contact with other. This results in transmittal of power and reduction in maximum tension.

Is this it?

Information on this type of system can be obtained (amongst others) through Continental Conveyors.

Note that latest technology to achieve the same result is to use the fixed tripper booster concept.

Dear Mr.Cindy,

I think you want to use many conveyors of small length for long distance transportation. It will not be economical. Please write clearly what type of help you want.
