Are current batch controllers smart enough to dispense a 20kg batch to within 1g if the storage head of material changes with each batch?

My system requires a large storage hopper that mates to a vibratory trough, all of which is mounted on load cells in a loss in weight application.

I am curious if this level of accuracy is possible.
