Too Many separations on one screen machine?

Sometimes we try too hard to do all separations on the same vibrating screen.

When in reality, process circuits are basically all set up to do stages of screening and stages of crushing to achieve all of our products desired.

TYPICALLY we need PRIMARY screening......plus/minus 4" scalping

THEN SECONDARY Screening.....1" to 3/8" range generally and

THEN TERTIARY Screening....-3/8" to 10 mesh range and

THEN QUANTINARY screening.......finer than 10 mesh

All of these types of separation typically need there own unique SPEED/STROKE/SLOPE to achieve the desired results.

FOR EXAMPLE; if we get too cute.......and try to do too much with just one machine.........we do a poor job of separation on most decks. FOR to clear the top or primary deck.......we need a bigger stroke, a slower speed and sometimes a shallower angle than when we are trying to separate at finer openings. The finer we go the smaller the stroke, the faster the rpm and steeper the angle of inclination or decline.

Make sure we do not try to do too much on one machine.
