TROUBLE: Excessive fines in oversize

PROBABLE CAUSE:

- Operating speed below recommended REMEDY: Restore to proper speed

- Moisture piggyback of fines REMEDY: dry material prior to screening, wash material during screening

- Bearing Failing REMEDY: Replace bearing

- Opening too small REMEDY: Use larger opening

- Insufficient Open Area REMEDY: Use media with more open area
