James,
Thank for the reply, I did spot the Japanese address but thought they would be too hard to deal with long distance.
The On board surge bin is for the reclaiming mode of course.
There seems to be a bit of a religion currently in favor which perfers direct from Bucket Wheel/Boom conveyor to yard belt. We have one machine which has this design. And the spikes in feed it generates is terrible.
I'm sticking to the dark ages, with the OBSB's, and the ability to ask and recieve 4250TPH onto a belt constantly.

Load Cell Replacement for Surge Bin Weigher
4000TPH Stacker Reclaimer onboard surge bin weigher needs new loadcell replacement
Hi
Here at Abbot Point we run two 4000TPH Coal Stacker Reclaimers with an onboard surge bin.
These machines are now 25 years old so chasing parts is occasionally a problem.
The onboard surbe bin level is controlled/measured by a Yamato system consisting of seven CC4-70T-S yamato load cells. Three point support on the bin, and four point support on the belt feeder attached underneath.
This system has worked almost flawlessly for 25 years, so compatible parts is what I am chasing.
I've tried the Yamato agent in Australia (Selpak) but I think that request for help when into a black hole.
Any suggestions?
