One client asked me for the Ibau Pump & Aerzen Blower.

Please help me advise the calculation for this case :

With the screw pump Ibau Hamburg IB-D350 and the blower Aerzen Delta Vm 140 we are keeping in our factory, and the spec of the customer project as follow :

The capacity of the mill is 100 t/h.

The silo is about 80 m from the milling house.

The silo height = 100 m.

We can or can not supply these equipments for them?

Please help me in this case. One client wanted to buy these equipments now.

They asked me how to installation these equipments with the length around 1.200 M

They calculated capacity in cement (40 degrC) is from 100 ton/hr to 150 ton/hr and pumping cement to the ship from the trucks.

What are size of the discharge hopper, filter size on top of the discharge hopper and the size of pipe diameter ?

They are just planing, nt yet canculation for this project so that is just required.( Lump sum 100 tons to 150 tons/hr)

They use the bulk trucks to load cement from factory to port and use pneumatic screw pump to load cement into the ship.

Distance from the pneumatic screw pump station the ship around 1.200 M and the bulk trucks capacity is 70 tons/truck.

I meaning with our equipment (Ibau Hamburg IBD 350 & Earzen Vm140), how we calculate the system for them?

Do you have those figures?

I assume that the calculation is executed for the equipment, mentioned in the previous threads.

Then the pipe size and the filter size should be the same as in the previous thread.

What puzzles me is the function of the bulk trucks.

Are they discharging into a hopper , from where the installation conveys the cement to a ship over 1200 m?

Then how many trucks are operating parallel at the same time into the hopper?

Unloading 150 tons/hr by bulk trucks means 5 bulk trucks per hour at 30 minutes per truck, gives a minimum of 3 bulk truck loading pipes into the hopper.
