Consider F = ~(T1 + T2) (you may have to resolve to calculate amount of force actually acting through the pulley).
You don't know T1 / T2 until you calculate F, so you have to make an assumption and iterate, though generally the influence of F is relatively insignificant.

Belt Conveyor Calculation
Dear all,
I am trying to calculate the required power for a trough belt conveyor acoording to ISO 5048.
I stucked in Wrap resistance betwin belt and pulleys calculation. The equation is F1=9B(140+0,01*F/B)d/D. I dont know how to calculate F which is the average belt tension at the drive pulley. We have the equation to calculate the Fmax but we need the Fu. To calculate Fu i need toy calculate F1!!!!
Please help me ■
