Has anyone encounterd movement of conveyor pulley

bearings on/off the adaptor sleeves.

We have had some recent problems with spherical roller bearings

mounted on adaptor sleeves typically ssn517 housing assy

'walking' on the sleeves.

we have tried various checks and replacements including

check/reset bearing internal clearance settings

shaft & bearing component manufacturing tolerances

movement has progressed to bearing failure in some circumstances.
