Dear Sir,

It will be great if i get sieve analysis data for aggregates to calculate a four deck screen. Although it depends upon the nature of raw materials i.e., type of rock, and type of extracting process i.e., blasting, drilling e.t.c. i need a general sieve analysis.

Iam planning to seperate +40,+20-40,+10-20,+10-5,0-5.

Dear Sir: The question is somewhat ambiguous....not enough info for me to give an answer.

I will state........be very careful with a FOUR DECK screener.....typically not a good choice especially if multi deck splits....on a conventional circle throw type screen.

NOTE: there are some multi deck multi angled screeners.....that are in niche market place in the agg industry.

I agree with Mr. Baker. More info is needed.

Chosing the right type of screener however can make a four-deck screener succesful for the application.
