Micro Throw And Vibratory Feeders

See a video showing "micro-throw" motion here.

Micro throw means the feeder motions actually lift the product and "toss" it down the pan ever so slightly, in tiny micro motions and that is how product moves down the pan. It is a very gentle and reliable method of feeding.

Micro Throw

as navco advises..........it simply means a VERY small stroke (micro)

which lifts the powder up and strokes it ahead to move it from the FEED end to DISCHARGE end of the feeder.

Conversely, a brute force type of feeder.......say feeding -24" x 10mesh blasted rock into a JAW CRUSHER....for example, would have a very big stroke (plus minus 1/2" plus into the air) and will move the heavier stuff......from A to B......
