The amount of fines.........typically minus 4" nominal that will bypass a JAW or HSI crusher prior to entering the crusher on a big vibrating grizzly pan feeder IS a mathematical calculation. It is kinda like figuring out tons per hr fines passing a specific opening on a standard vibrating screen.
LESS FINES in crusher cavity = more tph of crushing or crushed product from the jaw or hsi. NO need to takeup space in crusher with minus material.
