I asking if it is possible to piping or transfer by pass dust 2000 meter away? if yes ,what are the technical specifcations of the screw pump needed and the suitable compressor and the diameter of the pipe if you know the following?
1- The by pass dust bulk density =0.8 t/m^3
2- fluidized density =0.44 ton/m^3
2- The head above the pump =10 meter
3- The number of elbows =10
4- The rate of conveying needed =150 t/h
5- The fineness of this dust via Blaine 2400-3500 cm^2/gm
6- No residue above sieve 90 micrometer
7- Dust temerature around 100 C
8- Ambient temperature 30 C
9- Elevation above MSL (sea level) 200 m
10- Moisture content 1.5 %
