Dear Mr. Dheer, I have been in touch with your goodself for this project.Please note that it is very essential to freeze the layout first otherwise you will not get proper answers of your querries.
Please note that 100 days time is very less you need--
Min 2 weeks to freeze the layout including site study and corrections.
4 weeks for making detailed fabrication drawings,civil foundation dwgs and dwgs. for electrical and for other works.
1 week for making tender documents/detailed specifications
14-18 weeks for doing fabrication job work,civil work and other elec. work at site including delivery of any imported items.
2-3 weeks for erection and commissioning.
Please find below answers of your querries--
1. A battery of flat bedde STEEL silos 4X1000T / 4X4000T capacity.
Wt of all eight silos 4x4000 t plus 4x1000 t shall be-1600t MS
and 80-90 t special steel.
2. Silo loading system.
Again no body can answer this unless you will provide layout of
silo loading sysytem.
3. Silo extraction system.
Same as above.
4. Bulk loading loading system suitable to load cement bulk tanker with telescopic chutes etc.
What shall be cap. of bulk loading system
5. Bag loading system for one of the silo with rotary packer etc.
What shall be the capacity of rotary packer,do you need
4,6.8.10.12 or 16 spout packer,do you need truck loading
machine also.Packing plant shall be under or out side the silo.
6. Other support machinery items.
Please specify.
7. Two air slides of 200m & two air slides of 150m.
Where are these air slide and at what height,do u need
supporting system also.
8. Two bucket elevators / air lift.
What shall be ht. of elevators,provide G.A dwgs.
Please note that if you really want this work at a fast phase you should provide G.A dwg with bill of material.It may be noted that
in India all the good suppliers have enough jobs no body will provide you this information before getting the order.

Steel Silos for cement storage
Dear all STEEL silo manufacturers,
We are looking for STEEL silos of 1000T / 4000T capacity for cement storage. We would like to know the cost of them. We are in Saudi Arabia.
Our requirements are:
1. A battery of flat bedde STEEL silos 4X1000T / 4X4000T capacity.
2. Silo loading system.
3. Silo extraction system.
4. Bulk loading loading system suitable to load cement bulk tanker with telescopic chutes etc.
5. Bag loading system for one of the silos with rotary packer etc.
6. Other support machinery items.
7. Two air slides of 200m & two air slides of 150m.

This set up goes with an eisting 160tph cement mill.
