Refreances for Meag Coal Unloading Terminal
We need advise from the Hon. Members of this forum to provide us the referances for Mega Coal Unloading Terminals.The present requirement in India for a fast track job is 30 mtpa coal unloading terminal.As we envisaged the equipment/facilities shall be as mentioned below--
1. Two Berths for unloading super cape/cape size vessels- each 350 m long.
2. 4 nos off cont. type ship unloaders @ 5000 tph cap.2 on each berth.
3.Occupancy of the berth--60-70%.
4. Working days in a year--330.
5. Working hours per day--20 For calulation purpose.
6.Stock pile cap.--1.5 to 2 million tonnes.
7.Rapid Loading system 2 nos @ 4000 tph
8. Carrying conveyor cap.--@5000 tph--about 16 km long-total
9. Stacker/Recalimer-5000x3500--10 nos-. 2 nos on each pile total stock piles--5 nos.
