New screen needed

We have a 5x18 2 deck 13 degree inclined screen that we need to replace. We use the screen to size and recirculate product from a cone crusher. I was wondering what or how much more efficient a flat 5x 16 3 deck screen would be. The material would be 6 minus rock screened to 7/8 minus product.

You should consider a Bradford Breaker from Pennsylvania Crusher Inc. your product size is very well suited for this as it lifts the material, breaks it via gravity, and sizes all in one pass with a horizontal lifting paddles and screens in the drum wall at a low RPM with a lot less work and fewer parts and maintenance.

keep it simple and as dumb the rock you screen.

Dear Sir,

I would like to reccommend you on the Kroosh Screen. It has a multi-frequency vibration system that enable the screen to reach 99.95% efficiency in applications like yours.

I'm sure you'll be able to screen the material on finer meshes without losing throughput. (Using the ULS 3.5X1.25 Screen).
