We are specialists in engineering and supplying equipment for the production of plaster and gypsum-based products. Our company, Grenzebach BSH GmbH, a member of Grenzebach group has been active in the field of gypsum processing for over 70 years. We engineer, manufacture and supply plants for converting natural and chemical gypsum to plaster and for further converting the plaster to wall blocks, compound partition panels, ceiling tiles, plasterboards, fibreboards, etc.
We have been constructing for many years plaster and plasterboard plants for Germany, Europe and also non-European countries. We not only supply to our customers the machinery which we design in our offices and manufacture in our own workshops, but also the complete technological know-how.
Our company has a large engineering and design department with experienced engineers to rely on. These engineers are familiar with the production plants and the products. Some of these engineers have even been in charge of running production facilities.
We also have completely equipped laboratories and a testing facility with experienced chemists, physicists and process engineers for material testing, i.e. for testing the raw material, additives and plaster. Different pilot plants are available to run tests on an industrial scale.
Our own field installation service has a large number of qualified staff and specialists to erect the plants we supply.
We have a special commissioning team for putting the plants into operation. This team is assisted, whenever necessary, by our engineering and design department. Moreover, the design engineer in charge of the project will also assist with the installation of the plant on site.
For inspecting and servicing the plants after they have gone into operation, for providing training to plant operators either at our offices or on site at the plant supplied by us, i.e. during or after commissioning, Grenzebach BSH has a number of experienced and well-trained people capable of handing all these tasks.

Gypsum Board Plant In India
In India, we have been using traditional raw materials/methods in construction of buildings for the last so many decades .These traditional building materials/ methods hold good when you are not constructing buildings in mass scales.
Comparing to European and Gulf countries India produces and uses only 5% of Gypsum Board in building contruction where in other countries this percentage is more then 25%.Due to rapid Infrastructure developments, India needs building materials like Gypsum Board in large quantities and there is a big gap in the supplies.That is why World's renowned cos. like Lafarge,Saint Goabin are going for major expansions by putting up New green field plant for gypsum board.
Now, India does not have good quality of Material for the same.
There are technologies where waste from fertilser plants can be used as a raw material for manufacturing gypsum board plants.
One of our clients who is in the business of producing Fertliser has more then 30 lacs of waste material which can be used as a raw material for Gypsum Board plant and also provide cont. supply for the same @ 1 lacs tonnes per annum.
We are looking for serious companies /investors who would like to go for Gypsum Board plant nearby the fertiliser plant site.Land for the same shall be provided at a very low price.
Location of this plant is very good. From here the client can export the finish material to Mumbai,Gujarat,Kolkatta,Chennai ,Bangladesh and Gulf countries by ship or by Barges.
