Jongia has developed a new portable tanker railcar mixer which is designed to fit multiple hatch size openings, and go from one tanker to another with ease of installation.
The mixer is designed to blend, re-suspend, and mix all types of materials to include food oils, chemicals and waste oil fuels.
This mixer is specially designed to be lowered into the rail car hatch and attached to the rail car via the existing hatch bolts. The mixer has an adjustable very unique designed mixing element that folds itself compact when lowered and then will open up for the mixing process when the mixer is turned on, and then re-fold itself closed when mixing is completed.
The mixer comes complete with a special bracket around the mixer motor and housing, for the installation and removal of the mixer from the rail car, special sealing system for mating to the rail car hatch to make installation and removal a very simple task.
The mixer is usually mounted overhead in a building were all of the required electric utilities, and hoisting system is present, and the tanker rail cars are pulled into position and the mixer is then lowered and installed to begin the mixing process.
Since this style mixer utilizes an electric motor, the mixing power and efficiency along with greatest product processing flexibility is far superior to other style mixers such as pneumatic or draft tube mixers on the market.
