EXTEC C12 FOR RENWAYS

Renways Aggregates Ltd from Lincolnshire has recently taken delivery of its first C-12 jaw crusher from Extec Screens & Crushers Ltd. Renways operates a 50 acre Limestone quarry, from where they produce a range of materials suitable for today’s demanding construction industry.

The acquisition was related to the fact that Renways has recently changed its core business operation from contract screening & crushing to quarry operation. The benefits of the diversification and the opportunity to enter a new market made tremendous business sense. The rapid growth of the construction, demolition and recycling markets was an opportunity that could not be missed thus Renways decided to distance themselves from contract crushing & screening and buy a quarry of their own. To this end they acquired ownership of Creeton Quarry, Little Bytham near Grantham.

Realising the considerable potential of both volume and quality of the C-12, Renways decided to use their new jaw crusher to process limestone into different material specifications. Since commissioning, Extec’s C-12 has created a considerable amount of new business, providing profitable solutions and astounding levels of productivity.

Engineered to meet the industry specific demands and challenges inherent in a limestone application, the C-12 can be used as a stand alone unit or combined into a single flow system for very precise grading. The Extec C-12 is capable of satisfying even the most demanding of users: incredible power, massive production and dependability position the C-12 as the serious contender for any operation that requires unquestionable performance.
