The circular vibratory screening machine Type VRS is suitable for the use of fractionating, protective and control screening, and de-dusting, as well as being used for wet screening and dewatering of a variety of bulk solids.
Through the strict use of standardized components and design, companies have available a notably inexpensive alternative for simple screening projects. The Type VRS is produced in four (4) sizes: 600mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm screen diameters and screening areas from 0.28 to 1.59 square meters with 1 to 3 screen decks.
The Type VRS incorporates Allgaier’s proven technology and construction details for quick access to the screen inserts. This includes the internal screen frames, having the clamping screw design, to assure the highest quality of dust enclosure. The clamping screw design is preferred over the conventional tensioning belts because it provides for a more stable machine behavior and facilitates assembly characteristics. Robust rubber elements on the mounting frame support the Type VRS and achieve a performance that is mostly vibration free with very low noise levels. An additional feature is the flanged-type unbalanced motor underneath the machine allowing for adjustments to the vibration intensity.
Permanently installed lifting lugs ensure easy transport of the Type VRS.
Option features include a ball cleaning system and the supply of flexible connections to the feed inlet and product discharge outlets.
