I am looking for a comparison of reaction & mixing efficiency of paddle mixer Vs ribbon mixer for TKP powder with liquid chemicals.
My paddle design is such that each paddle is having one arm (One side of shaft) radially at different angles along the length of shaft and paddles are overlapping along the length so no space is left from sweeping.
Also each paddle is facing towards opposite to its subsequnt paddle. So each paddle is moving the material in opposite direction.
Now in case of ribbon, stagnant zones are formed where two running ribbons cross each other at shaft.

So I doubt if ribbon will be better than paddle.
