I suspect you are talking about a transfer table which is simple enough if you have a plant layout & details of the existing conveyors. At 2000 wide your boards will require a lot of turntable space if the existing conveyors are not in line.

Design software is not necessary; all the components are straightforward mechanical devices. You have to lift & shift 5 ton cubes. Bearing, chain, drive & actuator selection is all adequately covered in the design sections of any established manufacturer's catalogue. ■
