The difference in the belt width and carcass width i.e. only rubber portion near the edges in context of moulded edge belt; is too finer a issue of manufacturing and generally such information is not given in manufacturer's publication.
For specific case, I suggest you to contact concerned belt manufacturer.
Such edge margin is likely to be influenced by the carcass thickness, whether fabric belt or steel cord belt, etc.
