Starlinger and Co. GmbH is again represented at Plastindia taking place from February 1 to 6, 2012 in New Delhi. This time, interested customers can view no less than 2 omega 1000 circular looms in operation: With this latest model of Starlinger’s omega circular loom series, the focus has been laid on increased efficiency, easy handling and low maintenance. Equipped with durable ceramic segments and metal heddles with ceramic eyelets, tape wear is minimized and maintenance costs reduced considerably.

The omega 1000 is designed for the production of tubular and flat fabric with weights up to 200 g/m2, the working width ranging between 300 and 850 mm for double flat fabric and 600 and 1700 mm for flat fabric. With a production speed of up to 1000 picks per minute and an efficiency of over 90 %, the omega 1000 ranks among the fastest and, at the same time, most reliable looms on the market, and offers an unrivalled price/performance ratio.
Recycling technology
Starlinger recycling technology is presenting machinery solutions for the recycling of a wide scope of plastics such as PE, PP, PA, PS, BOPP and PET.
