BY SEALING
•The SAXON SB1000 PLUS ,
The SH1000 PLUS Band Sealer takes benefit of increased heating performances (1kW heater section - 2 heater banks controlled by 2 PID’s) for the sealing of thick bags, bags with a header card and bags with gussets.
•The SAXON SH2000 with AIRWASH
Fischbein-Saxon’s new generation SH2000 Hot Air Sealer represents the most advanced bag sealing technology available today. It features the latest in PID temperature-control, innovative direct drive, enhanced airflow design guaranteeing a high efficiency heat transfer system that seals thicker bags
The AIRWASH, an option in the Saxon range, removes dust from the mouth of a filled plastic bag to ensure a strong and siftproof closure.
•The VERTIPAC,
A double impulse pneumatic sealer which closes large-volume bags in polyethylene, paper with internal PE, laminated materials.
BY SEWING
•The PORTABLE model F: fast, robust, works with ease on a bagging line, requires minimum maintenance.
•The HIGH SPEED SEWING SYSTEM equipped with a sewing head model 200 or 201, allowing the highest output (more than 1200 bags/hour) in industrial processes.
•The TWIN NEEDLE SYSTEM sews 2 parallel lines on the bag in order to minimize/eliminate product sifting through the closure.
