but in local (sri lanka) goverment may be allowed dilution ,espically Asian countries difficult to treat due to economic barriers

Profit Going Begging.
I was watching a video yesterday which demonstrated how Michelin are using recycled tires for porous paving. The site chosen was the Yellowstone National Park, California. If that park management see a viable environmental advantage in recycled rubber paving it is going to go places. The paving is so popular that nobody is concerned that Michelin get the scrap for next to nothing & make even more money the second time around. Maybe your client could also make money if his process improved.

Thank you , actually they right now make rubber tile for play grounds , paving blocks etc
there process reclaim tyre (sizing , grinding , de vaulcanizing )
this process generate nepthelene , mercaptons of tyre this fume they will be release to atompsphre around 200 ft height(with out treat , trating cost is very higher than income)

reclaim rubber process , generate hazard fume (napthelne) , generally we do extaract from all machines and discharge stack through atomsphere. (stack height is more than 175 ft) , principle is dialution , so any expert agree with this method or what is the best method ?
