I work in a Steel Company, I have a Project and the Goal from the project ist to Optimize the Filter from a Scarfing Maschine. The problem is this maschine needs a lot of water to work, this water come in the slab and takes the slag out.
The problem is that this process produces a lot of water vapor and water drops, all these come with the gas in the ventilation system.
The system that we have has a Dry Filter and now we have in the Filter a lot of water and mud.
We look how to take the water vapor and water drops before the filter. We have some ideas but I would like to hear more.
