more details are necessary before I can make a comment. How is the dust collected and handled? 200 kg is not a large quantity. ■

The correct solution is managing the dust at source. Where and how are you collecting the dust? If it at transfer points on conveyors then you can solve this with transfer chute design

200 kg per day of collected dust can be easily managed. Collect it in sealed drums and handle with fork trucks.

Handling of Fines from Dust Collector
We are currently collecting about 200kg of fines per day and then dumping them in an enclosure closed off with cement blocks. We are reusing these fines in our process afterwards.
Handling these fines creates dustclouds of different magnitudes depending on the care taken by the operator.
I would like to decrease the operators margin for error.
Looking for products or processes.
