Please return the format dully filled by you. After receiving your reply we will suggest you the perfect solution.

As per your mail you have problem for spraying water but without water it will not possible to suggest you the solution.

Most of the industries require cost economic product in comparisons with water.

Greetings and salutations to you Pamarthi,

Save yourself a lot of work and aggravation a by setting up a large portable tank

such as those made by Modutank here in the United States to hold sea water or calcium in solution to use for for dust control.

By adding a bottle of bio-degradeable dish soap such as "Dawn" to the tank load mixture to make it foam and it will allow you to spray a fine mist to knock down the dust.

Calcium chips in solution or sea salt or rock salt in a heavy brine will work well also-depending on how far you are from a salt producer or calcium manufacturer/ evaporator is the other question.

A car load of sea salt or calcium chloride chips or a truck load-Lorrey load of calcium will go a long way for dust control.

If you use rail or have rail access at your cement plant you will already have huge economies of scale so that obtaining either sea water, solar salt, and or calcium is more economical.

If you could provide more information about your quarry set up and transport, I would be glad to offer any help.

The folks you should be chatting with are "Spraying Systems Incorporated" they have a world wide presence and they have an office in nearly every country.

They have their own design office and laboratory to design and proof all the spraying equipment they build.

You will end up using a spray system with flat fan nozzles pumping very small amounts of solution to control fugitive dust unless or you investigate the use of a street sweeper with a vacuum to collect the fugitive dust and add the dust back to the product stream.

With your lack of water a vacuum system utilizing a a tandem axle truck with a super products vacuum connected to a road width vacuum nozzle may be your best case solution in my opinion.

Using a Unimog or other truck to pull a trailer outfitted with the super sucker vacuum with its own power unit will allow easy dust cleaning and vacuuming of the road ways and cleaning around the plant site where needed for spills of cement and rock in or outside the plant with extra hoses.

The super sucker has its own dust control system to eliminate fugitive dust and

they have several sizes of dust hoppers. it easily creates a pressure gradient for many hundreds of feet to suction out dry and wet spills of material

the super products company has a world wide presence as well through its distribution network.

A road width suction nozzle for the roadway would require a bit of fabrication but it has been done on standard street sweepers as well but the amount of dust you generate will require the use of the super sucker or other brand vacuum with its larger capacity and power.
