I don't claim any particular expertise in coal filtration but the gas velocities and filter materials don't look unreasonable, however in a situation like this I would suggest:
1) Talk to 3 independent suppliers (there are plenty to choose from) and ask each to give you a quotation. If all are similar then you can be fairly confident that their proposals are reasonable.
2) Ask each to give you a reference list and contact details for users of other units they have supplied on similar duties. Call the users and ask how well their units are performing. ■

if
capacity=222,000 m3/h
filter area= 2285 m2
so
filter rate or filter velocity=capacity/filter rate=1.6 m/min
for coal, it is too high. ■

The original enquiry is now more than two years old. Presumably the enquirer has taken the (correct) advice offered then.
