In July 2008 CBMI, China awarded to Bedeschi three contracts, and particularly for Vassiliko Cement plant in Cyprus, for Lafarge in Nigeria and a new Cement plant in Kaluga, Russia.
CMBI - Vassiliko Cement Works, Cyprus
CBMI, China commissioned Bedeschi the supply of a circular pre-mixing bed for limestone and marl to be installed in Cyprus at Vassiliko Cement plant.
The total storage volume is 67.000 t with staking max capacity equal to 1.200 t/h and reclaiming max capacity equal to 600 t/h.
The storage diameter will be of about 100 m
Erection is scheduled for the end of 2009

CBMI, China commissioned Bedeschi for Lafarge the supply of stacker and reclaimer for longitudinal mixing bed for sticky clay to be installed in the Kaluga region in Russia.
The stacking bridge will have a stacking capacity of 1.320 t/h.
The bucket reclaimer will have a capacity of 175 t/h
Erection is scheduled for the end of 2009.

CBMI, China commissioned Bedeschi for Lafarge the supply of stacker and reclaimer for longitudinal mixing bed for sticky clay to be installed in Nigeria.
The stacking bridge will have a stacking capacity of 720 t/h.
The buckets reclaimer will have a capacity of 175 t/h.
The new cement line will be installed near the existing plant, on the opposite side of the main road, several kilometres from the limestone and shale quarry.
Erection is scheduled for the end of 2009.
PFEIFFER - Ha Tien 2 – Vietnam
Bedeschi was asked by CHRISTIAN PFEIFFER Maschinenfabrik GmbH the supply of side bucket reclaimer for Ha Tien 2, Vietnam
The supply includes a reclaimer BEL S 130/27+3 for gypsum and additives, with nominal capacity of 100 t/h. The machine will be installed inside the extension of existing coal storage already equipped with Bedeschi stacker and reclaimer

In July 2008 Nostra Cement awarded to Bedeschi the contract for the supply of apron feeder CNA 9/2000B and the crusher RI 650X2000 to crush heavy clay with moisture content up to 30%.
Bedeschi will supply also a bucket reclaimer with a capacity of 1.000 tph to load continuously a train rail to the cement plant.
Bedeschi will again confirm its centenary know how of handling difficult and sticky materials.
Delivery and commissioning is scheduled within 2009.

The supply consists of stacking system TRIPPER 9/1400 and lateral bucket reclaimer typo BEL F 130/21.
FIVES FCB, France – Hermosillo, Mexico
FIVES FCB, France commissioned Bedeschi the supply of several machines for the new production line of 3500 t/d for the cement factory located at Hermisillo in the Nort West of Mexico, close to the border of the USA.
Bedeschi will supply all the machines for the different storage sections of raw material and particularly:
Premix storage: lateral luffing stacker for 1650 t/h, and frontal bridge reclaimer PAL T for 340 t/h.
Corrective storage: lateral luffing stacker STK 17/1200 for 800 t/h, and lateral scrape reclaimer PAL S 130/22+4 for 275 t/h
Additive storage: lateral luffing stacker STK 17/1200 for 800 t/h and lateral scraper reclaimer PAL S 130/22+4 for 275 t/h
Coal storage: lateral luffing stacker STK 19/1000 for 340 t/h and lateral scraper reclaimer PAL S 100/26+4 for 41 t/h.
The machine will be delivered in April 2009.

In May 2008 Cemex Mxico awarded to Bedeschi America a contract for the supply No 4 Apron Feeders for Limestone and Clay and No. 4 Lumpbreakers for each apron feeder to be installed under the hopper of the elevated height silo.
Erection is scheduled for Spring 2009
HOLCIM (Serbia) A.D Novi Popovac Marl Project
Holcim Serbia has awarded Bedeschi the contract to replace the existing bucket chain excavator for limestone and marl mixing bed system by a new bigger reclaimer capable to grant the increasing of the reclaimed capacity needed to upgrade their existing kiln line in order to increase the clinker production capacity to 4.000 tpd from the present capacity around 2.200 tpd. The two existing stacking bridges shall be renewed. The new bucket chain reclaimer Bedeschi Bel C shall fulfill the following requirements:
- Meet the new bigger required reclaiming capacity,
- required reclaiming rate for all specified operating conditions (material type, material moisture, pile size, etc).
- regulate the capacity with continuity by means of a weigher installed on board
- reduce the relocation time to grant the production continuity.
The main characteristics are the following:
Capacity of preblending beds: 2 x 25'000 t (approx.)
Stacking capacity: 1.200 t/h
Reclaiming rate: 400 t/h maximum with a turndown ratio of 5:1
