ADM Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of a Documentation & Training service, through its D&T Technologies division. Operations and maintenance manuals can be developed for conveyor systems, processes, or procedures. Manuals are available in both hard copy and electronic format. On-site, remote location, or electronic (interactive computer) training is available.
An electronic training/reference tool that provides text, photographs, video, and AutoCAD drawings that can be loaded on individual computers or networks allows for training of new employees, refresher training of experienced staff, and spot reference information as needed.
Documentation, when done properly, is a valuable resource to the end-user and enhances the professional image of the conveyor manufacturer or system integrator. Targeted documentation and training also help to avoid those annoying emergency calls from the end-user (which always seem to happen at 2:00 AM).
