One of the more difficult feeding applications which arises in the plastics industry is the precision feeding of color micro pellets at low rates (0.5 lbs./hr and less). Micropellets are also often fed in conjunction or in ratio to a main ingredient pellet.
ARBO introduces a novel solution to precision feeding of micropellets by creating a “V” profile vibratory tray feeder and controlling the rate as a slave from an ARBO U/MMI controller which runs the main pellet feeder.
The system is extremely stable in most environmental conditions and a complete system, including 2 feeders and a LIW controller is less then $25,000.00
