Erie, PA, USA - Eriez Equipos Magneticos, S.A. (EEMSA) celebrates in October 2011 its 40th anniversary as an Eriez® Affiliate. Since joining the Eriez family, EEMSA has become a leading provider of magnetic, vibratory and inspection equipment to the vast industrial marketplace of Mexico.
EEMSA has a manufacturing plant located in the city of Queretaro, Mexico, about 130 miles north of Mexico City. In this 20,000 square foot (2,000 square meters) facility that opened in 1981, the complete line of Eriez products is manufactured under the same high quality and design specifications as in any other Eriez plant throughout the world. In addition to its plant in Mexico, Eriez has manufacturing facilities in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Europe, India, Japan and South Africa, as well as its Erie, Pennsylvania headquarters.
EEMSA has helped spur the industrial growth in Mexico by engineering and supplying key products within the mining, chemical, food, ceramic, cement, plastics, paper, stone, clay and other emerging markets.
EEMSA has enabled Eriez to develop a large footprint in Mexico by establishing sales offices in Guadalajara, Queretaro, Monterrey, Merida, Hermosillo and Mexico City. EEMSA also has technicians on site to provide customers with fabrication, quick delivery of orders and 24/7 assistance on the installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment.
