I recently joined a company who is looking into different project including cement. as a first task i was asked to develop a scope of work to be sumbitted to a consultant for a feasability study. i lack of experience regarding cement i would appreciate it very much if you could help me with that of if someone has a a copy of an existing one to email me. the scope needs to cover aspects such as raw material, utility , logistics and infrastrature.
