Know-how and experience:
I have tested a broad array of materials for pneumatic conveying and blending properties over the span of 12 years. I have experience with dilute, medium and dense phase conveying regimes, using rotary valves, pressure tanks, and screw pumps. All blending experience is with silo gravity blenders and fluidized bed blenders.

I have been involved with or personally responsible for commissioning and field service on pneumatic conveying systems, including some of the largest dense phase foundry sand convey systems in the world.

I have experience with various instrumentation, including pressure transmitters, load cells, and flow measurement apparatus, and have a working knowledge of control systems associated with blending and conveying equipment.
