Its been a busy half year. Another key area of our business is the recycling machinery market. We don't just manufacture mineral sizers.
We also manufacture a range of recycling machinery from 4 Shaft Shredders, Tracked
We were recently commissioned to design, manufacture and install a new system to reduce UPVC window fames and doors to a nominal size, feed this over an eddy current separator to remove some of the metals and then feed the clean UPVC into a granulation and separation system.
The key part of the system was to manufacture a high capacity - 3000kg per hour hammer mill. The hammer mill had to be able to accept a full UPVC house door and window frames of all sizers. Using our own in house design team and the very latest CAD systems, we finalised and manufactured a Hammer Mill for this application.
The hammer mill is currently the last part to be installed, we have already installed, the picking station, ECS and over band magnet. Commissioning should be towards the end of August 2015 of which we will add a short film and update on the outcome.
