Pneumatic Conveying Of Hot Ash

Erstellt am 6. Jul. 2015 - 05:51

Hello Andy,

3 t/day is not too much for an ejector with ceramic inliner. We did so in some applications in the past.

What you really need is a small storage hopper beneath the cyclone leg plus one of our ejectors.

Please have a look on our website.

If you need more details, please read my article about how ejectors work below and/or let me know.

Best regards

Dear Mr Klaus Schneider,

Thank you very much for the helpful article. If follow your ideas, any problem with the high temp products (600-800 Celcius degree)?

Andy.

Andy,

You can use a dilute phase conveying system for your application. Components of this conveying system are commercially available for the high temperatures of 600-800 and for the abrasive properties of fly ash.

Dear Mr. Andy Nguyen,

As stated by Mr. Agarwal, we sell dilute phase conveying systems for high temperatures, using ceramic inliners as diffusors and hightemperature alloys for housing.

We will take part at
