Waste Disposal and Organic Fertilizer Manufacturing Project

1. Introduction

This is the environment-friendly recyclingpProject, which is utilizing waste materials, instead of burying or incinerating them and making organic fertilizer for the agricultural industry, without any environmental damage.

Households, animal farms and food processing plants are producing huge quantities of waste materials every day. These waste materials are the raw materials of organic fertilizers.

1) Kitchen Garbage

Every household is producing a huge quantity of kitchen garbage every day.

2) Animal Droppings (Muck and Dung)

Zoo and animal farms (chicken, pig, etc.) are producing huge quantities of animal droppings (Muck & Dung) every day.

3) Meat Sludge and Animal Carcasses

Fish processing plants, animal slaughtering houses and food processing plants are also producing huge quantities of meat sludge.

Most Countries and Municipal Governments have been plagued by Waste Treatment Issues. They have been incinerating Waste Materials or burying them in landfill sites.

1) In case of burial, they need large-scale landfill sites. The landfill is causing soil or groundwater contamination. The landfills in many big cities are getting full and the number of landfill sites is dwindling.

2) In case of incineration, most waste materials release toxic gases into the atmosphere, when they burn in the incinerator.

3) While these waste materials have still contained quite a lot of nutrients, they have been incinerating waste materials or burying them in landfill sites.

4) Worse yet, residents nearby the burial or incinerating sites are suffering from the environmental contamination, i.e. offensive bad smell and water pollution.

2. Our Fermenting Technology Advantage

Our technology has been registered in the Korean Intellectual Property Offices, which can make Kitchen

Wastes, Fowl Droppings (Poops), Pig Droppings, Butchery Wastes, Food Factory Wastes, Animal Carcasses into Organic Fertilizers.

Our technology is fermenting these waste materials for 7 days in the composting tanks of 77 cubic meter, cultivating micro-organisms and making organic fertilizers, which can be used for growing fruits, vegetables, garden plants, etc. Advantages are:

1) Very economic (low rate electricity required).

2) No need of the large-scaled landfill site to bury the waste materials

3) No release of noxious fumes or toxic gases, like CO2, Dioxin, etc.

4) No ashes harm to the humans

5) No need to import raw materials.

• Raw Materials: Kitchen Waste, Animal Droppings (Muck & Dung of Chicken, Pig, Cow, etc)), Animal Carcass, Fish Meal, etc., which have still contained quite a lot of nutrients.

• Raw Materials are from Zoos, Poultry (Chicken) Farms, Pig Farms, Fish Processing Plants, Animal Slaughtering Houses, Food Processing Plants, etc.

6) Organic fertilizers increase Fruits’ Sugar Content, Freshness, Size, Storage period, etc., by 30%.

7) Our technology can also do Animal Carcasses into Organic Fertilizer.

8) Our technology has 30% higher productivity than Japanese technology.

9) Our technology can do different mixtures of waste materials for high quality & price products, depending on market situation.

10) Our technology can do Liquid Organic Fertilizer of various qualities, depending on market situation.

3. Project Summary

Machinery is composed of all genuine and components based on KS Quality Standard for your 10 years business. The specification and dimensions are subject to minor change for improving the quality and function without any prior notice.

• We will provide the layout for Machinery Installation & Factory Building.

6) Machinery Cost: U$6,742,300.-

• Warranty Terms: Two (2) Years from the date of installation.

• Shipment: 3 Months after receipt of Down Payment & L/C

7. Transportation Cost to Africa and Europe: U$160,000.-

* All Machinery & Equipments shall be packed in accordance with standard export packing in containers against moisture and shall be marked in accordance with reasonable instructions of the buyer.

8) Insurance/All Risk: U$20,000.-

9) Technical Transfer Fee: U$200,000.-

• Depending on materials, machinery costs will be different from others.

So the investor will confirm what kind of materials will be used.

Depending on Investor’s request and waste material, the Bio-Composter will be different.

• Installation: One Month with 10 Korean Engineers.

Buyer will bear all expenses for Korean engineers, i.e. Air-tickets, Hotel, Local Transportation, etc.

• Upon Purchasing Agreement,

Buyer can visit Korea any time for seeing the machinery and factories that have been operating for more than 5 years. The factories are a little dirty, not clean because Animal Droppings are being used as raw-materials. But fully automatic and clean system is possible, which costs Buyer.

4. Expected Income (in case of Korea)

One Composting Unit can dispose daily 10-14 tons (24hrs) of wastes, depending on Moistures Rates of waste materials. Then daily 4-5 tons of Organic Fertilizers come out from 10-14 tons of waste materials.

We are now selling this Organic Fertilizer at U$250.-300.-/ton in Korea. In Japan, the prices are 1.5 times higher than in Korea.

4.1 Expected Income/Month / In Korea

A. In order to dispose these waste materials, we will have to pay U$100.-/ton.

B. The average price of Organic Fertilizers is U$250.-350.-/ton

C. Depending on different mixtures, the prices can be much higher, U$400-500./ton

If you install this project, you can expect about U$2,000.-/Day

• Waste Materials: 10 tons x U$100 / day x 10 units = U$10,000.-

• Organic Fertilizer: 5 tons x U$250 / day x 10 units = U$12,500.- (Pack)*

*If you can pack by 5Kg, 10Kg, 20Kg, 25kg, etc, you can sell it at U$250 - 450/ton.

Monthly Gross Income: U$22,500/day x 25 days = U$562,500 / Month / in Korea

5. Market Survey and Feasibility Study by Buyer or Agent

You will have to check Government Waste Treatment Regulations in your country first and check the following

points, and do market survey and feasibility study for Organic Fertilizer Manufacturing Business in your country.

1) Kitchen Wastes

A. How to collect kitchen waste from households?

a. How much is collecting cost or how much municipal charge to households?

B. How to dispose kitchen waste?

b. How much is disposal cost?

2) Animal Droppings (Muck & Dung) or Meat sludge

However Buyer or Agent should survey the above points and calculate your expected profits/sales turnover yourself, based on above Information of item 4, and make a survey report and send it to us. Upon receipt of it, we will make our official offer immediately.

Without understanding the technology or undertaking a market survey, Agent or Buyer cannot sell or start this project. Once Buyer installs our technology in your country, we will fully support you so that you will become the leading company in your country.

And also eventually we can transfer our technology to the local partner and do Joint-Venture Machinery Manufacturing business together in your country.

Upon Purchasing Agreement, we can invite buyer to visit Korea any time for seeing the machinery and factories that have been operating for more than 5 years.
