Microwave Moisture Measuring Systems for Optimizing Online/Charge Production Processes

Novelty is the moisture/consistency measuring system FL-MOBIMIC-Inspector, whose main feature is a wireless signal transmission. WIRELESS transmission technology allows the use in such parts of plants, which do not permit the installation of wired sensors. Additionally to the process parameters moisture and consistency, the systems enables the collection of homogeneity, temperature, drum revolutions, drum rotation direction and drum filling level.

This enables a reliable humidity and temperature measurement in rotating mix drums and moving bulk containers.
