Cleveland Vibrator Company introduces HK Series Dual Drive Laboratory Sieve Shaker

Cleveland, Ohio, USA (January 8, 2014)Cleveland Vibrator Company is now offering the Model HK Dual Drive Laboratory Sieve Shaker (DDLS) to complement its growing line of fine mesh vibratory sieves. The DDLS is available in 8”, 10”, 12” and 18” sieve frame sizes and can accommodate up to eight sieves.

Enhancements to the DDLS include dual vibratory electric drives mounted on opposing sides of the test sieves, creating a three dimensional motion. This allows the sample to work over the entire area of the sieve surface. The DDLS operates on standard 110V and comes equipped with on/off controls and timer.

Cleveland Vibrator Model HK Dual Drive Laboratory Sieve Shaker (DDLS)



This unit is available with the HK Ultrasonic Sieving System, designed to excite the sieves above and below the sonic transmission ring. The ultrasonic excitation drastically reduces sieving cycles and allows for constant repeatability of material testing. The HK Ultrasonic Sieving System can also be retrofitted to existing sieve towers.
