Integration completed.

Zeppelin and Reimelt are now legally united.

Friedrichshafen/Rödermark/Kassel, Germany - The business field plant engineering of the Zeppelin group announces the merger of Zeppelin Systems GmbH, Friedrichshafen with Zeppelin Reimelt GmbH (Roedermark and Kassel) which was integrated in the Zeppelin group four years ago. Thus the integration is now organizationally and legally completed. As of now, Reimelt trades under the name of Zeppelin Systems GmbH

“The two companies Zeppelin and Reimelt complement one another in an excellent way”, said Bernhard Scherer, Chairman of Zeppelin Systems GmbH. “This has been proven in the recent past. Now, with the merger we made the last step of a successful integration. The name Zeppelin stands for first class quality also in the plant engineering world-wide. Not least due to the fact that the different fields of expertise complement one another because technologies and know-how for branch specific solutions can also be transferred to other branches.”

Although when nothing changes for the customer by the merger – the headquarters with the specialists for the food industry remains at Roedermark and the experts for the mixing technology (Henschel Mixing Technology) still stay in Kassel – the company presents itself with a new picture: the image of the complete Zeppelin group was redesigned and is now world-wide unified under the new Zeppelin logo. Bernhard Scherer says: “Our customers rely on Zeppelin and therefore, we want to have a unified picture no matter which company of the Zeppelin network is concerned.”
