We presently have on offer a Hosokawa Alpine 1500/3 AFG Fluidised Bed Jet Mill Ultra-Fine Grinding Plant originally designed and developed by the Pittsburgh Mineral Environmental Technology Company

Main Features

The Hosokawa Alpine AFG 1500/3 fluidised bed opposed jet mill’s main features are as follows:

•Single multi wheel classifier head.

•Monobioc ceramic classifying wheels.

•Stainless steel.

•Horizontal nozzle arrangement.

•Lining: PU, ceramic, special grade steel.

•Hot-gas mode for mineral products.

•Load cells for product level control.

•Mega jet nozzles.

•Explosion pressure shock proof to 10bar (g) with type test certificate as defined in 94/9/EC.

•Circuit gas systems for pyrophoric products
