From the beginning, Stolz has been trying to make the control and traceability of your products the most secure and rigourous as possible.
Stolz has recently developed a new automatic sampler operated by a pneumatic actuated cylinder and a Stolz control box. It is designed to collect up to 600 samples over 24 hours period at regular and industrial rates even in accessible areas by automated management system.

Stolz Automatic Sampler
The principle of design and choice of robust, hygienic,and secure materials (AISI 304 stainless steel,steel with very high mechanical characteristics, PET rings...) ensures the compliance of equipment with the technical and regulatory requirements in the food industry.
In addition to this, an easy maintenance and quick cleaning with the dismantling of the actuator and the body (made up of two elements) provides a direct access to the piston enabling its extraction.
