The Road Mobile Unit can be easily mooved from one place to an other. The unit has a radio remote controlled hydraulically operated 4-piece suction-boom that enables easy manoevring in the bulkload of the ships (or else).
A fully enclosed sound suppressed Diesel engine drives the Vacuum Pump for suctioning the material, some auxilliary equipment and the Compressor. The suction pick up of the powder material is mixed with air via a nozzle and vacuumed to the unloader that leads via pipes and hoses .Before air goes into the vacuum pump it passes high efficiency filters for aircleaning.

Kovako ship unloader for cement
The air out of the compressor is mixed with the material and is blown to the conveying pipeline. No other equipment is needed for this simple and reliable system. A spare Boostpump is available when the conveyor pipes are long and boost the pressure up.
The equipment is in a good condition, ready to work, and can be inspected in a yard in the Netherlands and is value for money.
