Dear udithausk,

It is not clear what you mean by “blower”. Is it a PD rotary blower or a centrifugal fan?

Anyway, the blower should be displacing CLEAN air, which means that all the dust has to be removed before the intake of the blower.

Cyclones - bag filter - Blower is the right order.

In this system, the cyclone can be skipped.

However, you did not mention, whether this is a pressure system or a vacuum system.

In a pressure system, you do not need a suction blower.

have a nice day

Thanks Mr. Teus ,

this is centrifugal blower , if we put cyclone separator before filter bags , cyclone separator will reduce dust load ? becasue of we can design smaller size bag house ? Am I correct ?

Thanks

As Teus has told you, you do not need a cyclone. A cyclone will reduce the dust load but still pass the finest fraction (and maybe damage the "product" depending on the stage of production), so you cannot reduce the size of the bagfilter. A cyclone will also add significant pressure loss to your system and increase the power consuption.
